I have been climbing most of my life but I took it up seriously In 2004 at the age of 17. I love all aspects of the sport (if it can be called a sport! I never see balls, rule books or spectators) but my favorite aspects are big Alpine north face’s, Scottish mixed and UK trad climbing. I’m not much of a fan of climbing indoors or bouldering because for me the main aspect of climbing is the places it takes you and the adventure.
I currently spend my time in Chamonix where I look to pursue mixed routes in the high mountains as well as Granite trad climbing and sport climbing. I always take the time to climb in Scotland in the early winter and I’m very much looking forward to trips away to the greater ranges in the future such as Alaska, Patagonia and the Himalayas….
Some of my most noticeable ascents:
- Eiger North Face 1938 Route
- Colton Macintyre
- Schmidt Route, Matterhorn North Face.
- Croz Spur, Grandes Jorrases
- Colton Brooks
- Gervasutti Pillar
- North Face of the Petit Dru
He’s some climbing photo for y’all.
